Reese Witherspoon seriously pursued her acting after enrolling in Stanford University. Following a handful of performances, she was cast in films like Pleasantville as well as Election. She began her acting career as an actor for small-screens at the beginning of 2000. The comedy The Invisible Man, 2003 she debuted in a major feature film. Then she would go on to appear in a number of shows on television, including House of Lies Whitney and Better Call Saul. Also, she was in the films The Dictator and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. In addition to her acting career she is an excellent painter, and exhibits her work at several galleries.
