Aaliyah Dana Haughton and Aarti Mann

Aaliyah Dana Haaughton rose to notoriety after she released her first album Age Ain't Nothing More Than A Number in the year 1994. The album, made available at just 15 years old, went Gold. The group's collaboration heavily influenced R. Kelly's musical style, brought her into the spotlight. In 1996 she collaborated with Jermaine Dpri and Timbaland for her second studio album One In A Million, which featured the #1 hit track If Your Girl Only Knew. Aaliyah gained international recognition as a R&B artist with the release of her sophomore album One In A Million. In 2000 she appeared on the screen in Romeo Must Die, a romance/action movie with Jet-Li. Joel Silver, film producer and director of the movie Romeo Must Die spotted her at an awards ceremony. In 2002 she was part of the film vampire Queen of the Damned based on the Anne Rice book. The Matrix Sequels saw her play Zee and appeared on The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and The Matrix Revolutions that same year. In 2001, 1999, 2002, and 2003 she was nominated to win four Grammy awards. Aarti Mann.....................Aarti Mann also known as Aarti Majumdar is an American actor who is best known for her portrayal of Priya Koothrappali in the popular TV series The Big Bang Theory. Born in Connecticut to a family of Indian descent. Mann is her stage name. Mann comes from her married name Mankad. But, she has both Aarti Mann and Aarti Majumdar for her professional name. Although she began with minor film and TV performances, her acting began to gain momentum around the mid 2000s. Apart from The Big Bang Theory, her notable other works include Leverage (2013) Suits (2014) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2017.) In addition, she has appeared in commercials for big companies like the international auto manufacturer Volvo. She is currently working on her acting career at Los Angeles, where she lives with her husband and daughter.
