Aisling Bea

Aisling bea was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984 is among Ireland's richest and most famous comedians. Bea has appeared on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16th March 1984) is an Irish actress, writer, and comedian from Ireland. After appearing in bit parts in a variety of Irish and British television series from 2009 Bea began her career with stand-up comedy in the year 2011. She began appearing in sketch and sitcom shows. In 2012, she began to regularly appear in panel programs after winning an award at an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She was the captain of team 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is regularly a contestant on the spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents were Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister named Sinead. It was her second time ever to win the You Think You're Funny Award in the year 2012. Bea was awarded the award in honor of her father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born March 16, 1984 in Kildare Town, County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was a veterinarian for horses who took his own death when Bea was three years old however she was never told what happened to him until she turned 13. In 2017, she published an article in The Guardian about the suicide of her father's relatives and took on the stage name Bea to pay tribute. Bea along with her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) a secondary school teacher jockey trainer and former professional jockey. The family was enthralled by horses and racing. In her youth Bea was employed as tour guides at the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early age that she wasn't interested in the racing industry for a profession, but instead wanted to perform.
