Aisling Bea is one of the richest and most well-known Comedian who was born on the 16th of March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. The comedian has appeared on QI with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) more popularly known as Aisling Bea is an Irish actress, comedian and writer. Bea began her stand-up comedy career in 2011after having appeared as a guest on a variety of Irish television series and British shows from 2009. In 2012, she began to appear regularly in sketch and sitcom shows. In 2012, after winning an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began being booked frequently for different panel shows, where she became a frequent guest. In 2016, and 2017 she served as team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. In addition, she's a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was the daughter of Brian and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. She was the second woman ever to be awarded the So you think you're Funny Award in 2012. Bea is her surname in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born March 16, 1984 in Kildare Town, County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was an equine veterinarian. He took his own death when Bea was just three years old though she was not told what happened to him until she reached the age of 13. She chose the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her father. She wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about the family's experiences of suicide. Bea (n e Moloney) and the younger sibling Sinead was brought up by Helen who was a teacher as well as a jockey trainer who had been an experienced jockey. Their family was fascinated by racing horses and horses. As a young girl, Bea worked as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she was aware from an early time that she wasn't attracted to the race industry as a career and instead loved performing.
