Aisling Bea
Aisling bea was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984 is one of Ireland's richest and most famous comedians. She was on TV with Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling O'Sullivan, also known by her stage name Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984) is an Irish comic and actress. Following appearances in bits in several Irish and British TV series starting in 2009 Bea began her journey as a stand-up comic in 2011. She was already regularly being featured on sketch comedy programs as well as sitcoms. Following her win for her performance at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began being booked frequently for various panel shows where she became a frequent guest. In 2016, and 2017 she was a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. Additionally, she was a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Born to Brian O'Sullivan and his wife, she has one sister named Sinead. In 2012, she was the second woman to ever receive the So You Think You're Funny award. Bea was given to her to honor her father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was an equine veterinarian who took his own life when Bea was just three years old however she was never told what happened to him until she turned 13. She adopted the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her father. She also created an article for The Guardian in 2017 about the suicide of her family members. Bea, along with her younger sister Sinead, were brought up with Helen Moloney (nee Moloney) as a former jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. The family was obsessed horse racing and race events. Bea began her career as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud. However, she realized early on that the race industry was not the best fit for her.
