Aisling bea, who was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984 is among the most well-known and wealthy Irish comedians. The comedian has been on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) more popularly known as Aisling Bea, is an Irish actress, comedian and writer. After appearing in bit parts in several Irish and British TV series starting in 2009 Bea was able to begin her career as a stand-up comic in the year 2011. In 2012, she was frequently appearing in sketch comedy shows and sitcoms. In the wake of her success in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a panel shows, and is currently frequent. She was Captain of 8 Out of 10 Cats from 2016-2017. 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is regularly a contestant on the spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan, she was blessed with one sibling named Sinead. She was the second woman ever to be awarded the So You Think You're Funny award in 2012. Bea was given to her in honor of her father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian who was an equine vet who committed suicide after Bea turned three was one of the victims of suicide. She learned of his death only at thirteen years of age. In 2017, she wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also took on the stage name Bea in tribute.
