Aisling Bea
Aisling bea was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984 is one of the most well-known and wealthy Irish comedians. Bea has been featured on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, better recognized by the stage name Aisling Bea (born on the 16th of March, 1984), is an Irish comedian and actress. Bea began her stand-up journey in 2011after having appeared as a guest on a variety of Irish television series and British series since the year 2009. In 2012, she began to appear regularly on sitcoms and sketch programs. Following her win at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a panel shows, and is currently an ongoing participant. From 2016 until 2017, she was a team captain on 8 Out of 10 Cats and has been a regular contestant on the spin-off 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her are Brian the O'Sullivan as well as Helen O'Sullivan. She has an older sister named Sinead. In 2012 she became the second female to be awarded the So You Think You're Funny award. Bea was given to her to honor her father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born on the 16th of March, 1984 in Kildare Town in County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was a veterinarian for horses who took his own life when Bea was only three years old though she was not told about his death until she was 13. She chose the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her father. She even published an article in The Guardian in 2017 about the suicide of her family members. Bea together with her older sister Sinead were raised with Helen Moloney (nee Moloney) an ex-jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. They were all obsessed with races and horses. When she was a child, Bea employed as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young time that she wasn't drawn to racing for a profession, but instead wanted to perform.
